Infrastructure Support Specialist
to support our long-standing pharmaceutical client in
Rockville, MD —a company we've proudly partnered with for over 20 years in advancing medical and scientific innovation. This is your chance to support critical lab and IT operations in a
fast-paced, high-impact environment . You'll work directly with analytical and laboratory teams, internal stakeholders, and global vendors to ensure infrastructure reliability, connectivity, and compliance. What You’ll Do: • Maintain servers, switches, and network infrastructure • Support barcode scanners, label printers, video conference & A/V equipment • Coordinate with vendors and global IT for escalations and maintenance • Monitor and resolve tickets via
ServiceNow • Ensure compliance with
IT security and lab safety standards What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of IT infrastructure or desktop support experience • Strong knowledge of
Windows/Linux , networking, and virtualization • ServiceNow or ticketing system experience • CompTIA, Azure, or Cisco certifications a plus • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred Bonus: Experience supporting lab environments or analytical systems is highly desirable! ️ At Alphanumeric, we're more than a vendor—we're a
