Highlights Of The Activities Director (Life Enrichment Director) Position
Activity Director Certification (if required by the state) Planning, scheduling and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interest of Residents that are conductive to their physical, mental and social well-being Making their community a fun and engaging place to call home Plans, coordinates, and conducts the day-to-day programming within the community

The salary range for this position is $77,969 to $81,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
