Evaluate makeup formulations and components submitted by vendors. Provide feedback and guidance to vendors throughout the product development process. Manage formulation receipt and submission process. Collaborate with global vendors on full-cycle product development. Oversee color matching and shade consistency during development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemistry background preferred) Prior experience in product development (ideally in makeup or cosmetics) Strong communication skills, especially with global vendors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
