Financial Director

The Director of Finance will lead efforts to improve forecasting, streamline reporting, and support data-driven decision-making across departments. Key Areas of Responsibility: Collaborate with executive leadership to identify financial opportunities and support strategic initiatives. Provide financial guidance to operational teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor business health. Develop financial models and conduct scenario analyses to evaluate investments and growth plans. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform planning and positioning. Lead the budgeting process and long-range financial planning. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting and forecasting accuracy. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement systems that improve financial transparency. Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders. Candidate Profile: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, including at least 6 years in strategic planning or financial analysis. Demonstrated success in leading teams and cross-functional projects. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (MBA or CPA preferred). Strong understanding of financial principles, GAAP, and valuation methodologies. Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, VBA, Tableau, or similar platforms.
