Performance Expectations For The Senior Tax Manager
Lead tax engagements, including reviewing and signing returns across various client types Maintain strong, professional client relationships and take ownership of communication and project delivery Mentor and guide team members while contributing to the firm's continued growth and client satisfaction Participate in firm initiatives and help drive forward new business opportunities
Experience/Qualifications For The Senior Tax Manager
CPA certification required 15+ years of public accounting experience, with 8-10 years at the Manager level Strong experience in both reviewing and building tax processes Comfortable in a client-facing role with a proactive and communicative approach Familiarity with ProSystems Fx and UltraTax is preferred Must have strong multi-tasking skills Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Represent the firm with integrity at all times
