procurement, supply chain, and sales teams , helping to drive strategy and protect the company through smart, practical legal counsel.

What you’ll do:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts that align with business goals while minimizing risk Provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and sales Serve as the primary negotiator with external contract counterparties to protect the company’s interests Own and manage the full contracting lifecycle, from early business planning through execution and implementation Support the legal team with additional commercial and corporate legal matters as needed This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.
What you’ll bring:
Licensed attorney with a JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Wisconsin 2–4 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in a business-focused environment A proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented mindset—able to work with minimal direction and drive matters forward efficiently Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers Strong business judgment, responsiveness, and a collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external partners
