Your Role: Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a trusted advisor to G&A teams—including Legal, IT, and HR—by providing tailored financial insights and responsive support for ad-hoc reporting needs. Accounting Excellence & Compliance Ensure accuracy and integrity in financial records through meticulous review of journal entries and account reconciliations, maintaining compliance with US GAAP and internal control standards. Performance-Driven Partnerships Build strong, collaborative relationships across finance, sales, and operations to share financial results and initiatives promptly. Champion goal-setting and foster a culture of accountability and achievement. Partner with the business development team to co-present financial insights to current and prospective clients, adding strategic value to customer engagements. Robust Controls & Governance Strengthen accounting operations by designing, maintaining, and reviewing internal controls and corporate policies—ensuring operational integrity and compliance. Audit Coordination & Efficiency Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, managing requests and facilitating timely completion of annual audits with precision and professionalism. Payroll Oversight & Policy Compliance Provide leadership in payroll accounting processes, ensuring alignment with internal expense policies and regulatory standards. -Lead month-end close and stakeholder reporting with accuracy and insight. -Partner across departments to align financial goals with strategic initiatives. -Champion process improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency. -Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with US GAAP. -Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture within the finance function. What You Bring: -CPA or equivalent, with 9+ years in public accounting and/or industry. -Proven leadership and team-building experience. -Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. -Passion for learning, problem-solving, and driving results. -High proficiency in Excel and a strong grasp of US GAAP. “The pay range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 for total compensation.Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location.
