The Senior Program Director oversees all client-facing services, ensuring high-quality, individualized care. This position ensures staff deliver supports aligned with each Individual Support Plan (ISP) and fosters client independence and community inclusion. Responsibilities: Supervise Program Directors and Health Services Director. Oversee client intake, onboarding, and ongoing service coordination. Ensure staff adhere to person-centered planning and positive behavior supports. Monitor client satisfaction, outcomes, and quality of life metrics. Partner with families, guardians, and case managers to meet client needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, or previous DSP experience. 3+ years of program management in developmental disabilities or related field.
