Job Summary: The Global Account Director (GAD) is a senior partner to our clients, responsible for strategy, program development, transformation, financial management, and fostering a culture of service excellence and outstanding customer experience in F&B operations. You will work with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, manage strategic projects, oversee financial performance, and lead a geographically dispersed team.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships across regions to ensure trust and success.
Oversee contract compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive adoption of new concepts and technologies to enhance service quality.
Use data and feedback to optimize offerings and guest experiences.
Lead reporting activities, including reviews and analyses.
Provide leadership and development for the account team.
Ensure financial goals are met, managing risks and growth.
Oversee regional operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
8–10 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or customer experience.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-regional client relationships.
Deep understanding of global F&B operations.
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Solutions-oriented, with sound judgment and agility.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and organized.
Strategically minded with a drive for business improvement.
