Chief of Staff
to serve as a strategic partner and right hand. This individual will play a critical role in managing the executive's day-to-day operations, overseeing calendar and meeting flow, acting as a liaison across the business, and providing high-level support on both professional and personal endeavors. Key Responsibilities: Strategize and structure the executive’s day to ensure maximum efficiency and impact Proactively manage a dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel Attend meetings on behalf of the executive, when needed, and track actionable follow-ups Participate in high-level meetings and provide insights, summaries, and data-driven reports Serve as a resource to the broader office team, ensuring alignment and smooth operations Support select personal initiatives and projects as needed Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and a high degree of professionalism at all times Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a senior-level support role (Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar) to a C-suite or high-profile executive Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Strong business acumen and data fluency; comfortable generating and interpreting reports Willingness to be available 24/7 and handle urgent needs as they arise A leadership style grounded in kindness, humility, and empathy Proven experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments Based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX (this role is fully onsite) Salary: $175,000 DOE with benefits Seniority level
