The Program Director, under the direction of the Director of Education and the Campus Director, is responsible for program and content coordination, curriculum review, administration, and leadership for a student body of approximately 500+ students. This position also involves maintaining student records and participating in curriculum development and revision. Knowledge of and adherence to all Institute educational policies and procedures are required. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations

Develop program goals, strategies, budgets, and metrics in collaboration with the Director of Education. Conduct ongoing progress evaluations. Collaborate with instructors, students, and support staff to achieve training and employment goals. Practice excellence in teaching and instruction; may be required to teach classes. Manage and support faculty, coordinate advisory board meetings, and develop professional networks. Assess student learning regularly and use results to inform curriculum and program improvements. Enforce school policies and counsel students on attendance and academic issues. Participate in faculty meetings and community engagement activities. Recruit qualified faculty, develop hiring plans, and recommend staffing needs. Coordinate with the Admissions Department to meet enrollment goals. Lead program assessment and accreditation efforts. Build a strong community through regular communication with students, faculty, and staff. Demonstrate professional growth and academic currency. Advise students academically and participate in retention activities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in post-secondary education preferred. Prior Program Director and management experience required. Cosmetology Instructor License required. Benefits and Environment
