Cresa Boston Job Overview The Senior Lease Administrator will report to the Director of Lease Administration and ensure the accuracy and management of the client portfolio administration database, as well as the delivery of timely and quality reporting and analysis to the client. Additionally, provide efficient and proactive management of day-to-day operations between Cresa, the client, and third parties, ensuring a seamless workflow within the lease administration team. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented with a proven track record in process organization, tracking, reporting, problem-solving, and lease administration excellence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Input and update accurate leasing data Develop and deliver high-quality insights, reports, and deliverables on a regular basis (both client-facing and internal) Establish and maintain documented client procedures during onboarding and quarterly reviews Lead team initiatives and special projects Support training, mentoring, and managing the lease administration team in collaboration with the Director Evaluate and improve processes for efficiency Review and update internal project systems, such as workflows, monthly, or as needed Communicate effectively with clients to address questions and concerns
Skills & Attributes Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-starter, solutions-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail Experience auditing CAM/Opex/RE Tax expenses and achieving favorable outcomes Ability to manage high volumes of documents including leases, invoices, and expense reconciliations efficiently Intermediate math skills (CPI increases, percentage changes, etc.) Knowledge of lease administration databases such as Costar RE Manager, MRI Lease Management, Visual Lease, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to develop compelling spreadsheets and reports Leadership skills for planning and conducting meetings, developing agendas, presentations, and delegating tasks
Experience & Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in related roles)
