Labview / IC Test Engineer

Job Description Minneapolis, MN area (75% onsite, 25% remote) 12 month contract with extensions Oxford’s client is seeking an IC tester with burn-in testing experience. The candidate will assist in designing test fixtures, determining testing procedures based on chip netlists from engineers. The test station is LabVIEW-based, which is a must-have skill. Additionally, experience with Python or similar scripting languages is required to control oven parameters. The test fixture design will utilize Altium; familiarity with other schematic capture tools is acceptable. Nice-to-have skills include MBIST, LBIST, Boundary Scan, and Teradyne Ultraflex. Understanding of regulated industries such as medical, automotive, or semiconductors is highly advantageous, but candidates from these fields are not mandatory. Must have: LabVIEW Burn-in testing for ICs / PCBs Python or similar scripting languages for oven parameter control Altium or schematic capture experience (nice to have) Nice to have: Experience with Medical CFR Part 11 or other medical device standards, automotive, or semiconductor regulations MBIST / LBIST / Boundary Scan Teradyne Ultraflex
