Job Location Nationwide Remote - Remote, CA Remote Type Fully Remote Salary Range 50,000 - $55,000 Salary / year Description Responsibilities Engage in making high volume of outbound phone calls through warm leads to locate potential clients. Drive bookings and recurring revenue growth by generating, qualifying, and developing sales pipeline. Creatively solve customer needs by providing the best software solutions. Plan and execute daily and weekly activities to generate sales opportunities for AbacusNext. Gain knowledge of the organization's products/services and collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and business development activities. Meet and exceed sales performance goals. Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate notes and pipelines. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the sales team. Collaborate with internal sales operations on reporting and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field, but not required. 1+ years of cold calling experience. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven track record of achieving goals or quotas. Strong follow-up skills and ability to respond under pressure. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and self-motivated. Organized and efficient. Ability to work in a fast-paced, inside sales environment as a team player. Comfortable with sales technology and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
