You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products across the Defense, Medical, Search/Rescue, and various commercial industries. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding coding, developing and creation skills. Responsibilities Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products and features Participate in code reviews Hands-On Engineering:

4+ years building and deploying deep-learning/ML and computer-vision applications and systems in production Sensor-Fusion & Algorithmic Code:

Hands-on development of algorithms for integrating and processing EO/IR imagery and video, LiDAR point clouds, SWIR/hyperspectral data, SAR/SAT Data, GPR signals or thermal feeds Testing & Validation Automation:

Deep familiarity with setting up CI/CD, writing automated test suites for performance, stress-testing and edge-case robustness Full-Stack Debugging & Profiling:

Mastery of profiling tools, logging frameworks and end-to-end tracing to diagnose issues across models, services and UIs Data Engineering & Pipelines:

Experience building ETL pipelines, data-augmentation workflows and containerized deployments for large-scale sensor-data processing Cross-Functional Collaboration : Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate requirements into detailed technical specifications and validated deliverables Qualifications Computer Science (Masters work preferred) 3+ years of relevant work experience Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Seniority level
