We are seeking a visionary and results-driven GM, Mega Projects leader to drive our entry into the rapidly evolving data center market in the Americas. This role will be responsible for building and scaling our presence in this high-growth sector, developing the go-to-market strategy, and driving cross-functional execution across product, sales, marketing, and operations. As the strategic and operational leader for this growth initiative, the GM Mega Projects leader will: Define the roadmap, establish key partnerships, and ensure the business achieves its revenue, profitability, and market share goals. Principal Responsibilities and Duties Profit and Growth Responsibility:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish and grow presence in the data center market, including competitive positioning and customer segmentation. Business Leadership and Execution:

Own the P&L for this vertical and collaborate cross-functionally, including sales, product management, supply chain, and marketing, to drive NPD execution and strategy while managing the budget and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Customer Engagement and Market Intelligence:

Build relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry influencers to identify trends and opportunities and establish a reputation in the market. Monitor market needs, trends, and competitor intelligence around technologies and competitive dynamics and leverage this knowledge to inform business strategy and decision-making. Matrix Management and Cross-functional Collaboration:

Build strong working relationships across functional teams at Watts, ensuring alignment and resource dedication to support strategy execution. Work closely with NPD teams to define market-driven solutions tailored to data center operators and infrastructure providers. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop a go-to-market strategy that ensures effective sales resource allocation. Experience and Required Skills Experience:

10+ years in the data center industry, including applications and technology knowledge. Proven success leading or influencing teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams, especially in Product Management and Engineering. Leadership and Collaboration:

Hands-on leadership style with strategic vision, innovative mindset, account management skills, channel relationship expertise, and execution drive. Success in leading teams through growth strategies, with a focus on innovation and end-user needs. Strong influencing skills and ability to manage teams across locations. High interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on team building and collaboration. Market Focus and Innovation:

Proven track record of launching or scaling a business unit or vertical in a new market. Strong understanding of market segmentation, especially in the data center space, with a focus on end users and competitive intelligence. Additional Requirements:

Strong financial acumen, willingness to travel (~50%), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong computer literacy. Watts in it for you: Note:
