The role involves defining product visions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and delivering software solutions to enhance the financial experience of Selling Partners. Responsibilities: • Define bold product visions and strategies, working backwards from our customers. • Own products that span multiple teams and customers (Selling Partners, Vendors, Amazon Businesses, Accounting, Finance, and Engineering) from ideation stage to launch. • Bring a product culture to engineering teams, and partner closely with engineering teams and across organizations to unblock the roadmap, seek input, and deliver on initiatives. • Leverage high judgment to prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with across the organization to scope design effort, set/track goals and triage incoming priorities. • Develop and write proposals and business plans, gain approval from stakeholders (e.g., adjacent product managers, legal, PR) and leadership to move those plans forward. • Influence stakeholders to align on the strategy, goals, and prioritization. Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience with end to end product delivery • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience as a product manager or owner • Experience owning technology products Preferred: • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders Company: Amazon is a tech firm with a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
