Routt County Riders, a 501 c(3) nonprofit in Steamboat Springs, is seeking a full-time, year-round
Executive Director
(ED) to continue a decades-long legacy of advocating for all types of cyclists in Northwest Colorado. The ED is responsible for overseeing all aspects of administration, finance, program implementation, and strategic planning. Key duties include community outreach, civic engagement, networking, and extensive collaboration with project partners and local land managers.
The position reports directly to the RCR Board of Directors and supervises the work of an additional 4-8 staff members (seasonally dependent). Though flex scheduling is available for office and occasional remote work, this person must reside locally. Now LET'S GO RIDE BIKES!
