As a Sr. Product Manager - Technical, you will lead the development of consumer-focused product strategy and vision, manage product roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative software products for Amazon Devices. Responsibilities:

Lead the development of the consumer-focused product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis. Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on customer learnings, team strategy and vision. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and software architecture, based on knowledge of customers, devices business and supply chain processes. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. Partner with engineering teams and program management to deliver products. Drive product launches including working with stakeholders and executives. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Qualifications:Required:

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product. Experience managing technical products or online services. Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning. Preferred:

Experience in Reverse Supply Chain software systems development. Experience in Planning and Forecasting, including the application of models to refine accuracy.
