Description Horseshoe Bay Resort's flagship members-only restaurant is looking for a seasoned and polished General Manager to help maintain the level of excellence our members and their guests expect. The General Manager's main function is to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment. Benefits

Paid vacation, paid Holidays 401k plan with employer match Long and short-term Disability Limited access to some resort amenities (Golf, etc) Discounts at all Crescent Hotels & Resorts properties Position Overview The Yacht Club General Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht Club, including a fine dining restaurant, bar, lounge, wine program, banquet space, lakeside pool, and lake service operations. This role requires exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for luxury service. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Maintain the resort's elevated standards and image. Lead staff training, onboarding, and performance coaching. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and labor forecasting. Oversee inventory, supplies, and vendor relations. Hire, discipline, and develop team members. Drive revenue through service enhancements and upselling. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. At least 3 years of experience as an AGM or GM in a luxury environment. Strong knowledge of fine dining, wine sales, and luxury guest service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Agilysys is a plus. Valid TABC and Food Handler Certifications. Valid driver’s license and insurability. Additional Requirements
