What We Offer
$100K- $120K per year Weekends OFF Paid Training Tuition Waiver: Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campuses Paid Time Off: Competitive paid time off programs for employees (Vacation, Sick, Flexible, Holiday) Retirement Matching: 50% match on the first 6% of your contributions after 90 days Paid Parental Leave: 4 weeks of paid leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents to bond with a new baby Competitive Insurance: Health, vision, and dental coverage for you and your dependents Pet Insurance: Competitive coverage for your furry family members through ASPCA Health Plan Enrollment: Eligibility starts first of the month following completion of one full month of employment
Responsibilities
Lead the Education Revolution: Supervise daily operations, manage budgets, and build a stellar Education team. Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Develop, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional education and support. Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies. Be a Campus Hero: Fulfill Campus Security Authority (CSA) duties with diligence and care. Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Management preferred). Experience: 5 years of leadership or management experience. Project Management and strategic thinking prowess. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong people and leadership abilities. Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
