About The Role

We're seeking a tech-savvy Instructional Facilitator to deliver live training sessions focused on AI tools, digital platforms, and emerging technologies. In this role, you will deliver engaging live (virtual or in-person) instruction that help learners understand and apply innovative tools in real-world scenarios. The ideal candidate is not only a strong facilitator, but also curious about digital transformation and enthusiastic about making complex technologies accessible to all users.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, professional training sessions (virtual or onsite) focused on AI tools and digital platforms. Facilitate interactive learning experiences that simplify complex technologies and empower learners to apply them in their daily work. Provide real-time support, clarification, and coaching during training to ensure participant success. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and digital adoption tools, continuously evaluating their potential value to clients and internal initiatives. Collaborate with project leads and instructional designers to ensure facilitation aligns with client goals and learning objectives.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Communications, Instructional Technology, Education, or a related field. 5+ years of experience delivering training or facilitating learning sessions in a corporate, nonprofit, government, or academic setting. Proven fluency with generative AI platforms. Excellent communication, public speaking, and audience engagement skills.-Proven ability to manage time, follow structured materials, and adapt to feedback in a live training environment. Ability to follow structured facilitation guides while flexibly adapting to participant needs and live feedback.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience facilitating or supporting training on AI, automation, or workplace technology. Exposure to instructional design processes or interest in developing content long-term. Proficiency with virtual facilitation platforms. Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries is a plus.
