Requirements/Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end digital forensics investigations involving compromised systems, insider threats, and other security incidents. Perform live system analysis, memory forensics, and in-depth examinations of digital artifacts to uncover root causes and impact. Execute rapid and effective incident response actions to contain and remediate active threats. Develop and maintain custom scripts, tools, and methodologies to support and enhance forensic investigations. Automate repetitive investigation tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. Create comprehensive and technically accurate forensic reports detailing findings, methodologies, timelines, and evidence. Document investigation procedures and maintain clear, reproducible methodologies for audit and compliance purposes. Manage and maintain digital forensics case management systems, ensuring proper tracking and chain-of-custody compliance. Prepare legally sound evidence packages for law enforcement or legal proceedings, including exhibits and documentation. Produce executive-level summaries and briefings to communicate key findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
