Job DescriptionJob Description Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for our Trumbull, CT client; Pay $52 – $65 hr – immediate need. Immediate opening to join a global team as the FP&A Manager supporting the Regional Commercial VP and Global Head of Marketing & Strategy. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for regional and strategic marketing and strategy initiatives, including innovation projects. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy and performance

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

Provide insights to drive profitability and growth

Support business cases for new investments and innovation

Qualifications: 7+ years in FP&A or finance roles

Must have finance exp with a commercial/sales operational organization.

Strong business acumen, analytical and Excel modeling skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Ability to influence associates across the organization

Bachelor’s in Finance or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)

Exp in medical device field a plus, but not required

Location – Trumbull, CT – ONSITE ONLY Hours – 8:30am – 5pm

Pay Details:

$52.00 to $65.00 per hour
