Detailed Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities:
Participate in analysis, configuration, modification, and implementation of IT Business Systems.
Communicate effectively, analyze, and resolve system issues to maximize IT system benefits.
Evaluate existing business processes and requests; recommend solutions using system standards and best practices.
Analyze system specifications, configurations, and develop documentation.
Create detailed specifications and process flows for application development.
Design solutions, define requirements, perform testing, prototyping, and implement IT solutions.
Support and train users on system changes, highlighting impacts on business processes.
Maintain system integrity, manage upgrades, changes, and user updates.
Debug system-level business application code.
Provide production support, including after-hours and weekend support.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Science, Engineering, or related; MS or MBA preferred.
3-5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
Experience with end-user requirements gathering and functional specifications.
Experience with MES, preferably DELMIA Apriso, and system integration (ERP, PLM, CRM).
Project management skills from conception to implementation.
Proficiency with MS SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, and multi-node architectures.
Experience with XML, JSON, front-end development, reporting tools, and hardware integration is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP ECC, SnowFlake, SDLC, and MS Office tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and on multiple projects.
Availability for onsite work in Sunnyvale on a hybrid schedule.
Experience with remote teams.
