We're seeking battle-tested Senior Data Annotators who've wrestled with the complexities of real-world robotics data and want to help solve these challenges at scale.
What You'll Do
Define annotation standards
that will become industry benchmarks for robotics training data Mentor
and
train
annotation teams while scaling quality processes Shape
our
platform roadmap
based on your frontline expertise with robotics data workflows Drive quality initiatives, ensuring
sub-1% error rates
on critical safety systems 10+ years
of hands-on data annotation experience Proven expertise in at least one of these robotics domains: Humanoid robotics
(manipulation tasks, human-robot interaction, gait analysis) Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of computer vision annotation (bounding boxes, semantic segmentation, 3D point clouds) Experience with temporal annotation (tracking, trajectory labeling, action sequences) Proficiency with annotation tools (CVAT, Labelbox, Scale, or custom platforms) Experience with edge cases and corner scenarios that break robotics systems Compensation Base Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 (based on experience and domain expertise) Equity Package:
0.1% - 0.5% (we're early-stage with significant upside potential) Comprehensive Benefits:
