Description Key Responsibilities of a Project Engineer | Assisted Living - San Jose Writing all purchasing orders Processing and negotiating all change orders Having complete knowledge of contract documents Preparing monthly budget reports Publishing the details of Owner Architect Contractor meetings Coordinating work of all trades on paper prior to construction beginning Profile 3+ years with relevant experience in construction Someone who is seeking growth within a company. Proven track record of managing construction projects from initiation to completion. OSHPD and senior living project experience preferred.
