We are entrepreneurial and fast-moving, seeking team members with similar qualities. With an FDA SPA in place, our medium-term goal is to become a public company, driving global Phase 3 registration trials toward product approvals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate and deliver multiple successful grant applications monthly to secure funding for our science—fucosylation enzymes to improve cell therapy outcomes.

Initiate collaborations with academic labs and opinion leaders for discovery efforts and grant submissions, managing all related activities.

Manage lead optimization, transition into pre-clinical development, and oversee pre-clinical studies.

Coordinate with the development team to ensure effective management of pre-clinical projects and contribute to clinical trial activities.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Proven grant writer with a track record of winning major pre-clinical and clinical grants, including government and foundation mechanisms, and capable of acting as Principal Investigator.

Ph.D. or M.D. with a strong background in hematology, oncology, immunology, organ/cell transplantation, and knowledge of drug development and approval processes.

Experience in drug research, clinical development, and molecular biology techniques.

Strong project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of delivering results on milestones, on time, and within budget.

Entrepreneurial, multi-tasking, resourceful, and capable of overcoming obstacles independently. Results-oriented with strategic and tactical thinking, attentive to details, flexible, responsible, receptive to feedback, and effective in responses.
