Procurement Analyst

will provide analytical support and manage key projects for the Procurement and Supplier Management team, along with supporting sourcing events across commodities.

Responsibilities

Will...

Metrics & Analysis

Track performance of the Procurement team against established metrics, maintaining dashboards and providing ongoing reporting, including executive-level summaries Measure and validate projected savings from sourcing events and other initiatives Responsible for the spend analytics tool, which includes facilitating quarterly data loads, reconciling data, checking data integrity and executing recurring and ad hoc reporting Responsible for the administration of shipping supplier accounts, including invoice reconciliation, end-user system training, providing multi-level reporting and when necessary, provide backup information for disputes with shipping suppliers Review supplier-provided reporting and spend visibility output to evaluate compliance with preferred providers and identify potential sourcing opportunities Meet with functional department leadership to highlight potential savings opportunities, understand the requirements of the business, and support decision-making Provide support in the development of supplier performance program and track supplier performance and relationships to ensure that the organizations expectations are met Provide analysis and input as required to support the Procurement teams strategic sourcing events, supplier negotiations, supply market research, and other strategic sourcing activities Conduct ongoing reviews of categories to inform future category strategies and activities

Policies and Coordination

Support the creation and communication of standardized procurement policies and processes Help develop and maintain a strategic sourcing calendar Assist the Procurement Team in documenting contracts in the contract repository. Evaluate and support the implementation and administration of eProcurement tools (Procure-to-invoice platform) Weekly Operations Summary Report for the Procurement team Execute other procurement-related special projects as needed Rebate Tracking / Reporting Key Print Supplier inventory forecasting Ad-hoc presentation creation for the Procurement team Conduct ad-hoc data requests as needed

Support Strategic Sourcing Projects

Collecting and analyzing detailed spend data in order to develop and present insights Evaluating vendors and suppliers based on quality, price, customer service and speed of delivery Researching supply markets to identify and understand potential factors influencing the dynamics of various supply markets Gathering business requirements through collaborative discussions with Business Unit stakeholders Creating detailed spend baselines, request for proposal (RFP) documents, bid analyses, and project management materials Consolidating supplier financial bids, analyzing results, create fact-based insights Managing Procurement tools, templates and intellectual capital, with an interest in advancing the teams resources and knowledge base. Facilitating supplier adoption of Rollins e-commerce and payment programs

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field 1-3 years of business experience (e.g., procurement, finance, accounting, supply chain, etc.) Experience collecting and analyzing detailed data to develop and present insights Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau Experience collecting and analyzing detailed data to develop and present insights Capable of carrying out a given task with all the details necessary to get the task done well

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Passion for data analytics and developing insights to drive business decsions Ability to learn the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process & RFPs / RFQs Some familiarity with procurement and spend management applications (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, GEP, SpendHQ)

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.

Must reside in the metro Atlanta area.
