Position Details

Location:

UTHealth Houston - Fetal Center (TMC), 6410 Fannin Street, Houston, TX 77030 Schedule:

Full-Time, Mon-Fri Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily clinic activities Participate in goal development and decision-making Resolve interdepartmental issues and facilitate change Act as in-charge in absence of supervisors Address concerns from patients, families, staff Support nursing research and continuing education Manage HR activities: recruitment, hiring, training, evaluations, salary planning Utilize quality improvement tools to report data

Qualifications

Current Texas RN license BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred Specialty certification preferred Education: Bachelors degree in nursing + 3 years experience OR Associates + 5 years OR Nursing diploma + 4 years Experience: Nursing experience with some supervisory roles

Physical Requirements

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Additional Information
