We are currently partnering with one of our clients based in San Francisco to find a skilled Position Summary We are looking for a versatile and driven Full-Stack Software Engineer to contribute significantly to the design and delivery of critical features in the logistics, billing, and payments domain. This role offers the chance to work closely with founders, product managers, and users to understand challenges, develop practical solutions, and ship high-quality software from end to end. What You’ll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UI/UX design, sales, and customers to translate needs into reliable, scalable solutions. Own the full software development lifecycle—from initial design and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Write clean, extensible, and maintainable code primarily using

Node.js . Engage actively in peer code reviews to uphold exemplary development standards. Drive architectural discussions and document technical decisions to ensure clarity and scalability. Work seamlessly across different layers of the stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure components. Implement and advocate for AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Claude) to accelerate development efficiency and improve team productivity. Promote best engineering practices and contribute to building a positive, high-performance engineering culture. Give meaningful input on product roadmaps, operational processes, and company culture to support sustainable growth. Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum of 2 years professional software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment. Demonstrated ability to launch products end-to-end and excel in settings where engineers wear multiple hats and take ownership. Technical Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in
