This is a unique opportunity to play a high-impact role at the heart of two of Hilton's most critical areas which include Marketing & Loyalty and our Luxury Brands (including Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and our LXR collection). As
Senior Director, Planning and Operations- Marketing & Loyalty and Luxury
you'll operate as a key strategic advisor and integrator, driving clarity, connection, and high performance across teams that shape how customers discover, experience, and return to Hilton.
In this role, you'll work directly with the group's leader, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Luxury Brands, helping to lead and evolve a fast-paced, globally connected organization. You'll shape how we operate as a team, engage our people, connect across the business, and bring our vision to life — from unforgettable luxury stays to inspiring content and social media engagement to loyalty programs that reward and delight our most passionate guests.
What will I be doing?
Responsibilities
You'll be part strategist, part operator, and part culture builder — a true right hand to our Marketing & Luxury leadership. Responsibilities include:
Team Integration & Culture: Along with HR, identify connection points between the Marketing & Loyalty and Luxury teams to create shared clarity and strong collaboration, while honoring what makes each function distinct. Executive Support: Act as a force-multiplier for the CMO and Head of Luxury Brands, helping them prioritize time, focus, and initiatives across diverse business needs and teams. Meeting & Event Leadership: Own the planning and facilitation of leadership meetings, team offsites, and key internal communications — turning conversations into action and momentum. Insight & Innovation: Stay on top of market trends and the competitive landscape to provide timely recommendations that inform leadership decisions and future planning.
How You Will Collaborate With Others
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work across HR, Finance, Communications, Strategy, and COEs to drive alignment on shared priorities and performance rhythms. Leadership Engagement: Partner with senior leaders to surface strategic opportunities and operational pain points and develop pathways forward. Team Sentiment & Engagement: Keep a close pulse on team health and morale, and develop initiatives that strengthen connection, inclusion, and purpose.
What You'll Lead
Team Cadence & Strategy: Build and optimize rhythms of business, communication, and planning that help our teams stay focused, aligned, and inspired. Organizational Projects: Lead initiatives that span both functions — from org planning and storytelling to performance reviews and key launches. Operational Excellence: Introduce repeatable, scalable ways of working that enhance clarity, speed, and accountability across Marketing & Luxury.
