Responsibilities: Manage and deliver complex engagements for U.S. Federal government clients, focusing on business and technology services. Maintain FRCS inventory and ensure RMF authorization compliance. Gather and verify key inventory data such as hostname, OS, software, IPs, FQDN, and STIGs. Review and update RMF documentation regularly. Train government cyber and system administrators on RMF artifacts. Implement A&A processes, change management, tabletop exercises, and monitoring. Develop SOPs, policies, and procedures for cybersecure operations of FRCS systems. Qualifications: At least 8 years in cybersecurity architecture/engineering, preferably with U.S. Federal consulting experience. Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc., are preferred. Strong leadership, client management, and project management skills. Expertise in DoD cybersecurity standards and documentation. Knowledge of STIGs, SCAPs, SRGs, and system hardening. Ability to assess and improve IT processes, and understand IT operations and architecture. Ability to work independently and collaboratively onsite in Okinawa, Japan. Must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
