About The Role
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of its on-premise ERP environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and technical infrastructure, with the ability to drive process improvements and system optimization across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the administration, enhancement, and support of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP system, and related modules. Manage ERP-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee the performance and development of an ERP Support Specialist. Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with internal controls. Partner with IT infrastructure teams to maintain the Windows Server and SQL Server environments hosting the ERP system. Serve as the primary liaison between IT and manufacturing operations for ERP-related initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) or similar ERP platforms. Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, inventory management, and production planning. Technical proficiency with Windows Server and SQL Server environments. Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring team members. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
