Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and clarity Conduct extensive legal research and provide strategic analysis Manage discovery, including depositions and document review Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy Participate in client development efforts, including pitches and presentations Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations

Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and at least 2 years of relevant experience Admission to and good standing with the California Bar Strong academic record and exceptional legal writing skills Proven analytical and research abilities Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting Prior law firm litigation experience strongly preferred
