Enrich both your personal and professional life and hop on board! Why you'll love this job This role is part of the Sales Operations Team within Sales Planning & Performance Analysis. Lead a team of data analysts, insight analysts, reporting analysts, and operations analysts to transform data into business insights through reports, dashboards, and analytics. What You'll Do Lead a team responsible for planning, data, and analysis for corporate and agency sales programs. Collaborate with departments like Loyalty, Network Planning, and Customer Experience to measure performance and identify actionable levers to boost performance. Provide performance insights to leadership and identify strategic opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. Support daily use of analysis and reports across the organization. Plan and analyze corporate and agency initiatives at account and customer levels. Work with data management to ensure data integrity and best practices. Participate actively in performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews. Perform other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. At least 7 years of related experience. 5 years of experience leading teams including data architects, developers, and BI professionals. Extensive experience in statistical modeling, business analysis, systems planning, and project management. Proficiency with MS Power BI, SQL, Teradata, Tableau, and Power Pivot. Experience delivering information management solutions to large user bases. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field. Knowledge of airline economics and reporting. Experience with data sources like PRISM, DDS, TCN, and Flown. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of airline data and sales programs. Understanding of enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics. High performance orientation and strong multitasking skills.
