This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
The Professional Services Pre-Sales Lead is a foundational role at Advisor360°, responsible for building our professional services function from the ground up. You will play a dual role—doing the work while defining what “great” looks like in how we price and propose services engagements including implementation and custom projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape the discipline, design delivery commercial solutions, establish best practices, and scale the function alongside our growth.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and has the executive presence to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
Here’s What You’ll Do
Scope, define, price, and present our services offerings to clients: Lead early-stage professional services efforts by scoping project needs, documenting requirements, and building proposals and cost estimates. Deliver client-facing presentations on the scope and value of services offered, ensuring clear alignment before transitioning to the delivery team for execution. Define the discipline: Build the commercial model for our professional services org—including project frameworks, processes, tools, and standards in the pre-sales services function. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to align service offerings with business needs and client expectations. Establish metrics: Define KPIs for project success, team performance, and client satisfaction. Scale the team: Recruit, coach, and develop the future pre -sales professional services organization as demand grows. Drive customer value: Ensure services deliver meaningful business outcomes for clients and reinforce long-term partnerships.
What You Bring To The Table
8+ years in professional services, implementation, or client commercial proposal roles, preferably in SaaS or financial services technology Proven experience building or scaling a PS pre-sales function, team, or practice Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance detail orientation and executive communication Excellent problem-solving, client engagement, and internal collaboration skills A bias toward action and the flexibility to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Familiarity with enterprise software, APIs, data migrations, or financial systems is a plus

The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000
