DAYS/HOURS:
40 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some early morning, evening, and weekend hours as needed. Non-Essential position (storms and response). LOCATION:
444 Harrison Ave. Boston and other Pine Street Inn locations as needed. Some hybrid work is available, but this position requires on-site presence and the ability to travel to all PSI Housing properties. POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Project Manager is a versatile role within the Operations division of Pine Street Inn, which includes departments such as Facilities and Capital Planning, Security, Workforce Development, and Emergency Shelter Operations. This role supports the Operations teams through administrative support, project-based initiatives, and analysis. The Project Manager is responsible for creating, organizing, executing, and completing specific projects across the organization. Requirements: Qualifications: Education/Training: Valid driver’s license Meets qualifications to become an authorized PSI driver High School Diploma Knowledge/Experience: Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated project management experience Commitment to Pine Street Inn’s mission and a positive attitude towards change Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software (e.g., Smartsheet, Building Engines) Experience maintaining confidential records and information Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a team-oriented setting Willingness to work some evenings and early mornings as needed Additional Knowledge: Understanding of various project management methodologies Experience in Operations Management, including inventory replenishment and tracking Ability to read and interpret financial reports, and develop, analyze, and measure alternative financial scenarios for program operations.
