What You Need This is an ops role through and through. Youll hire top nurses, streamline admin, and crack the code to onboard clients to Medicaid, waivers, or AAAs at lightning speed. Every states a puzzleand youll solve them with local hustle. Youll own clinical teams, recruiting, customer support, and partnerships, keeping quality insanely great while moving the needle on growth. Its analytical grit meets creative problem-solving, and we need someone who lives for that mix. If youre one of the few who can handle this, We want to hear from youour founder will personally review every submission. What Youll Do Hire and lead a best in class clinical teamnurses and support staff who deliver. Slash onboarding frictionget families onto Medicaid, waivers, or local programs fast. Fight state regulatory battles and turn compliance into an advantage. Be Entyres voice with local stakeholdersclinics, agencies, PR when needed. Feed state-specific needs to HQ, working with tech to fix pain points. Share battle-tested tactics to accelerate other states. Crush it on FAMILY SIGN-UPSconvert every lead HQ throws your way!!! What You Need To Bring 3+ years in operations management Data-driven chops and rock-solid judgment. A get shit done attitude with creative fixes for messy problems. Healthcare or caregiving ops experience a plusMedicaid know-how is a superpower. Networking skills to unlock local doorsclinics, regulators, you name it. Fearless, honey-badger tenacity and entrepreneurial fire. Ground-floor stakes: build a legacy company from the trenches. Real stakes: were changing lives, not just numbers.
