ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for responsive web applications. Provide clear documentation and requirements for handoff to developers. Ensure design feasibility, considering information architecture and system integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve internal processes and workflows. Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to inform design decisions. Convert complex business requirements into elegant, functional UI specifications. Build and maintain design systems and reusable components for visual consistency. Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect, responsive implementation. Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members. Advocate for accessibility, design systems, and interaction design best practices. Analyze usage data and conduct testing to enhance the product experience. QUALIFICATIONS 5-8+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or similar roles. Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and final products, with descriptions of your contributions. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Illustrator. Experience with design systems and component libraries. Excellent problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, data visualization, and responsive design. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Experience creating or working with Power BI data visualizations and reports. Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams. Familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch. Knowledge of AI-based design and prototyping tools. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Experience designing for accessibility (ADA, WCAG 2.1). $90,000-$110,000. This reflects our typical pay range for this role. Our pay scale considers factors like skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. The disclosed salary is not adjusted for geographic location. You may also qualify for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
