Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial goals and objectives Budget Management: Create and manage budgets to ensure profitability. Event Planning: Work closely with clients to plan and coordinate catering for various events Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train catering staff. Supervision: Oversee the work of chefs, servers, and other catering staff.
Qualifications
Experience as a GM or AM in Hospitality Industry
Very comfortable in kitchen environment
Highly Organized
Team Player
Hands on Leader
Full P&L knowledge
