Associate Director, Project/Program Management
to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This hybrid work role involves leading project and program management efforts to deliver customer-centric outcomes. Responsibilities:
Facilitate delivery of outcomes through consistent methods and collaborative relationships with customers. Lead development and maintenance of project artifacts such as scope, approach, and plans for IT applications and infrastructure projects. Define project schedules and scope, manage budgets, and control scope changes. Act as an advocate for the program or project, ensuring transparency, risk management, and benefit realization. Drive team performance, optimize standards and processes, and facilitate post-project reviews. Develop organizational change management plans and mentor team members. Qualifications:
Minimum eight years managing high-risk IT enterprise projects involving application development and infrastructure. Bachelor's degree preferred; Scrum or SAFe Agile, PMP, or Prince2 certifications preferred. Experience with full lifecycle software development and agile methodologies. Strong communication skills and ability to lead high-performance teams. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
