S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) is seeking a rare breed of Business Development Manager to join our mission in a true partner-like capacity. We are transforming the real estate landscape by making it possible for everyday families to own Class-A multifamily properties, building passive income and generational wealth.
This is not a traditional sales role. Your mission is to spark curiosity and invite interested individuals to a comprehensive investor presentation. Our senior team handles the closing process.
This is a 100% commission (W-2) partnership for proven connectors and self-starters. The demands are high, but the rewards—both financial and personal—are extraordinary.
Rewards and Opportunities
Direct 6-Figure+ Income:
Significant commissions (averaging $1,000–$5,000) for each investor who deposits from your introductions. Top performers earn well into six figures annually.
Back-End Commissions:
Substantial commissions on the portfolio of sales you generate, paid as projects are completed, enabling you to build generational wealth.
Path to Leadership:
High performers (e.g., 150+ presentations in 30-60 days) are fast-tracked to Regional Sales Director, earning double commissions and overrides.
