The role involves owning critical product initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative features that enhance user experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Define and execute product features and roadmap items that support the broader product strategy and company goals. • Leverage AI-driven technologies and data driven insights to innovate, improve user experience and reduce operational friction. • Partner with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely delivery and successful product outcomes. • Serve as the product domain expert, clearly communicating vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. • Serve as the voice of the customer in all product decisions, advocating for delightful, intuitive user experiences. Qualifications: Required: • 2–4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS. • Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. • Familiarity with machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI. Practical experience applying AI to product experiences. • Analytical mindset with a passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decisions. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
