OHP does so through a partnership model that expands and enhances the oncology service lines of its health system partners through dedicated investment, a technology and analytical backbone, and a unique ecosystem of health system operators and physicians. The Company was founded by a group of executives and investors with unique expertise in oncology care and health system partnerships, having previously founded American Oncology Resources, The US Oncology Network, OneOncology, and Select Medical, with additional executive experiences at Flatiron Health and Evidation Health. Summary OHP is seeking to expand the Product Engineering team by adding a Business Intelligence Architecture Lead. This person will work closely with Ed Rodgers (SVP, Product Innovation and Analytics) and be an integral part of the Company’s expansion of technical capabilities, including leading the Company’s design and implementation of an enterprise analytics platform that transforms clinical and operational data into actionable insights for healthcare providers. This role bridges the gap between our robust data infrastructure and end-user analytics needs, creating intuitive, powerful, and compliant reporting solutions that drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency. This person will have ‘Day 0’ input into the selection of technical stack and implementation strategies! This person will work closely with our Data Architect and Systems Engineering teams to build the analytics and reporting layer of our platform, while collaborating with clinical teams, product managers, and stakeholders from our cancer center partners to deliver insights that directly impact patient care and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement a scalable, comprehensive BI architecture for clinical, operational, and financial healthcare analytics • Build self-service analytics platforms that enable healthcare professionals to access insights independently • Architect real-time dashboards for clinical decision support and operational monitoring • Establish analytics governance frameworks and data storytelling standards Clinical Intelligence & Decision Support • Build clinical analytics dashboards for quality improvement, patient safety, and outcome measurement • Create patient risk stratification and clinical guideline/pathway adherence analytics • Build longitudinal patient analytics and care coordination dashboards • Design clinical research and evidence-based medicine reporting capabilities • Architect revenue cycle analytics and financial performance dashboards • Create resource utilization and capacity planning analytics • Implement cost analysis and value-based care reporting • Build regulatory compliance and quality reporting automation Self-Service Analytics Platform • Design and implement user-friendly, self-service BI tools for non-technical healthcare users • Implement role-based access controls and personalized analytics experiences Data Visualization & Storytelling • Create compelling data visualizations that communicate complex healthcare insights clearly • Design executive-level dashboards and strategic performance scorecards • Build interactive reports that enable drill-down analysis and root cause investigation • Implement advanced visualization techniques for clinical data (time-series, geographic, network analysis) Regulatory & Compliance Reporting • Create audit trails and compliance monitoring dashboards • Implement patient privacy and de-identification controls in all analytics • Build HIPAA-compliant analytics sharing and collaboration tools Required Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or related analytics roles • 4+ years of hands-on experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) • 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare KPIs • Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis with large datasets • Experience with Azure cloud analytics services (Power BI, Analysis Services, Synapse Analytics) • Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics, regulatory reporting, and clinical outcome measures • Strong skills in data visualization design and dashboard user experience • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and clinical data structures • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical analysis Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related field • Healthcare industry pr BI platform certifications (CPHIMS, CAHIMS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Experience with clinical quality improvement initiatives and healthcare performance measurement • Experience with Azure Power BI Premium, Azure Analysis Services, and Power Platform • Familiarity with machine learning integration in BI platforms and predictive analytics • Experience with healthcare financial analytics and revenue cycle management Technical Environment This person will be architecting and working with our comprehensive data stack: Seniority level
