Full-Stack Software Engineer
to help reshape the $1T logistics industry — one of the most complex, high-impact spaces in tech. You’ll join a fast-growing team backed by top VC's, building AI-powered tools to streamline logistics payments and unlock trapped profits. We’re looking for a pragmatic builder with strong fundamentals, a high sense of ownership, and a desire to work directly with founders, customers, and cross-functional teams. If you thrive in high-agency environments and want to ship product that actually moves the needle — this is the role. What You’ll Do: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales to define and ship features that solve real customer pain. Build and maintain production-ready web services and UIs using TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, and Relay. Own projects end-to-end — from technical design to implementation — across the stack. Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation to uphold engineering quality. Leverage AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, Codex) to speed up development and champion their adoption across the team. Continuously improve internal processes, tooling, and culture as we scale. What We’re Looking For: 2 -6 years
of experience in
full-stack engineering Computer Science Degree Strong proficiency in one coding language and ability to the tech-stack fast Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Product mindset - able to communicate the business impact your technical work has had on previous projects/companies Willing to work from the Chicago office 3 days a week. Bonus Points for: Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, Relay, React, Node.js You’ve shipped products end-to-end at early-stage startups. Experience working with logistics, payments, or other complex data systems. Background at well-known tech companies with a track record of impact.
