About the Role Our client is a nationally recognized IT services company known for delivering premier on-site and cloud technology support. They empower clients to focus on growing their business while handling the complexity of managing IT environments. In this position, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of IT systems, troubleshoot real-world technical issues, and work with both end users and technical teams. You'll spend up to three days per week on-site at client locations in the Greater Boston area. The remaining time may be spent working remotely or from the company’s office. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional on-site IT support for clients in the Wellesley area (up to 3 days/week) Efficiently and professionally respond to inbound technical support calls and helpdesk tickets Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, or escalate as needed to senior engineers Keep clients updated on progress, resolutions, and next steps for ongoing issues Assist with software installations, upgrades, and workstation rebuilds as needed Maintain detailed documentation of support issues and technical processes Manage user accounts within Active Directory and Entra ID Stay current with a wide range of IT systems, tools, and industry best practices Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and related troubleshooting Proficiency with and supporting of Microsoft Office and Office 365 Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Industry : IT Services / Managed IT / Cloud Solutions Job Type : Full-Time Why Apply?
