Senior Firmware Engineer
to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to design, develop, and deploy innovative application software and hardware products for our customers and partners. You’ll have the opportunity to shape architectures, integrate emerging technologies, and deliver high-quality solutions across diverse markets. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and test robust firmware for new product features and enhancements — from requirements gathering through deployment. Debug and resolve complex issues across hardware and software layers. Expand system-level and device-level testing frameworks to ensure high quality and comprehensive coverage. Research, evaluate, and integrate new hardware and technologies for future products. Maintain and improve legacy firmware systems. Communicate technical progress, challenges, and risks to team leads, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders. Ensure production code meets regulatory requirements, coding guidelines, and industry best practices. Mentor junior and mid-level firmware engineers, fostering their technical growth and collaboration skills. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on firmware engineering experience. Proficient to expert in
C/C++ . Proficient in
Python
for scripting, automation, and testing. Experience with
Zephyr OS
or other RTOS. Experience cross-compiling for embedded development. Experience with automated testing frameworks. Strong understanding of hardware–software interfaces and ability to read schematics. Bonus Points For SQL knowledge. Experience with
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with wireless protocols such as LTE-M, NB-IoT, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Ultra-Wideband (UWB). Experience with low-power microprocessors.
