Responsibilities
Represent major pharmaceutical and biotech clients in complex IP litigation matters Handle matters under Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation frameworks Draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses for high-value, high-impact cases Conduct legal and technical research related to chemistry and biology disputes Support partners and senior attorneys in developing litigation strategy Collaborate with cross-border teams across U.S., UK, and global offices Participate in depositions, hearings, and client meetings Engage directly with clients and expert witnesses on scientific and regulatory matters

Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and 3–5 years of experience in IP litigation Admitted and in good standing in NY, MA, or DC, or ability to gain prompt admission Prior experience representing innovator pharmaceutical and/or biotech clients Demonstrated knowledge of Hatch-Waxman and/or BPCIA litigation Background in chemistry, biology, or a related life sciences discipline preferred Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
