Onsite in San Francisco Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful coordination and execution of multiple concurrent projects within a broader program framework. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources and financial considerations across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and timelines. Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to support program decisions and prioritization. Communicate project and program updates to executive stakeholders, including preparation and delivery of reports and dashboards. Define project governance policies and ensure compliance across the program. Allocate resources effectively across projects to optimize delivery and performance. Monitor and manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses. Translate technical components and complex information into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foster collaboration across business units, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 3–5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a technology-driven environment. Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Strong presentation and business communication skills, with experience reporting to executive committees. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Demonstrated experience working across cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships. Ability to lead through influence, build strong team relationships, and drive initiatives forward in a matrixed organization.
